Interview – Alexander Kjerulf

Alexander is the self-styled “Chief Happiness Officer” over at the Positive Sharing blog. His main aim with the blog is to get people to see that happiness at work is not just something that is talked about but that can be.

I thoroughly recommend the blog and thanks to Alex for his time.

1. What’s on your current / recent reading list and why?

I’m currently reading “Spark” by John Ratey which shows how exercise makes you smarter. Awesome, AWESOME book!

2. List one bit of advice you try to live by?

Never wish anything bad for any other person no matter how much they annoy you. It hurts no onw but you, when you do…

3. Half-full, half-empty or static and why?

Half-full, baby :o)

4. What would you say to a child / young person wanting to do what you do?

Go for it. You may not succeed, but you will have a great time. Which of course measn you’ve succeeded.

5. Name one thing would you like to do that you haven’t already?
