Alexander is the self-styled “Chief Happiness Officer” over at the Positive Sharing blog. His main aim with the blog is to get people to see that happiness at work is not just something that is talked about but that can be.

A few years back in another guise I wrote a piece about securing ones Wi-Fi network.
I’ve decided to re-visit that article and see how much of it is still relevant. The original had 22 points and some I still don’t agree with. Age and time have not mellowed my beliefs and in one I used to stand pretty much alone.

Today has been a tough day if you are a staff member at our Church.
They’ve had no email and no website all day – in fact since sometime late last night UK time as I understand it. The reason is sort of unimportant but because I’m a techy and I love to know the why I will breifly detail what I know this far.

TechRepublic have for many a year provided useful content and one I read this morning was “10 tech skills you should develop during the next five years” (no link as you need to log in to get at it any way) and it set me to wondering how useful these would be in the Church.
Specifically in the Church I attend – anyway, the 10 are:
